Executive Director - Christian G. Tscheschlok, CEcD
Tscheschlok is a Certified Economic Developer with over 15 years of urban and rural economic development and redevelopment project experience, resulting in a combined $55.2 million in new private economic growth and over 500 new jobs. Tscheschlok also has 5 years of direct risk analysis experience as part of managing various revolving loan funds. His diverse background includes national and international expertise in economic development leadership, business recruitment and expansion, brownfield redevelopment, entrepreneur consultation, community development, financial packaging, incentive negotiation, project management, workforce development, public relations, lobbying and education. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Western Illinois University. Tscheschlok currently serves on the Board of the Wisconsin Economic Development Association.
Business Development Specialist - Becky Capelle
Capelle provides direct consultative services to clients and acts as a liaison on their behalf between municipalities, state, federal agencies, and other organizations supporting economic development. She also directs clients to gap and other financing opportunities and resources, as well as serves as the main contact for the County’s revolving loan fund program. Capelle holds a Master of Public and International Affairs degree from Virginia Polytechnic and State University.
Programs & Communications Coordinator - Patti Roden

Roden engages staff and volunteers in projects tied to the organization’s strategic plan, researches data for businesses, guides marketing activities, prepares reports and assists with overall program implementation. She recently received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh with a major in Speech Communication and minor in Business Administration.
