Executive Committee

RLF Committee
Chair: Pat Thomey - CFO Plus
Purpose: Provide oversight and leadership to the County’s Revolving Loan Fund Program
Projects:
- Review and decide on loan applications in the pipeline
- Protect the integrity of existing loans
- Enhance RLF program underwriting and servicing to support its responsible growth
Economic Gardening Committee
Chair: Betsy Guild - Integrity Realty
Purpose: Provide leadership to EDWC’s Economic Gardening Program
Projects:
- Develop target market, building relationships with young growth companies
- Design & implement a pilot program
- Establish a high-fidelity B2B program

- Develop and implement a targeted, affordable communications program
