About Us
Economic Development Washington County is an independent economic development organization fueling growth, businesses and industries for the creation of quality jobs and wealth in Washington County. EDWC accomplishes this through a focus on existing business development consulting, engaging in driver-industry business attraction, supporting qualified start-up enterprises and serving as a central voice on economic development issues.
The organization’s clients include decision-makers at companies large and small, site selectors, commercial brokers, public officials and others engaged in growing businesses. These leaders feel that our passion and dedication for their individual businesses and projects sets us apart. EDWC takes a big-picture approach with client projects, providing assistance by forging critical public-private partnerships and through targeted B2B and tools and strategies. EDWC assistance often involves working with clients to secure gap funding in support of growth projects.
EDWC. BUSINESS-READY. LIFE-READY.
